Integrated Manufacturing
Managed engineering, procurement, manufacturing and shipping of $21MM in international contracts. Successfully exporting 404 solar powered water systems (101 containers) in 130 days.
Managed $17MM production and shipping contract to deliver 325 water systems to Iraq within 100 days.
SAS - Project / Product Management
Provided management service for software as a service in the execution of current products and the development and launch of new identity theft project. Performed critical coordination with financial institutions and governmental organizations to successfully completed assigned projects. Oversaw critical project involving the loss of over 26 million identities.
Global shipping planning and execution
Supervised the planning and execution of over 2000 tons of cargo and equipment in support of multi-national operations.
Implemented Sustainable Practices in Real Estate
Guided the operations and maintenance practice of a 9 million square foot real estate portfolio toward sustainability. Creating no additional costs and generating savings through efficiency, we led the portfolio to an Energy Star rating in over 30% of the buildings and laid the groundwork for LEED certifications of key buildings within the portfolio.
